Villa Mediterranea is a twelve room 7000 sq. ft. Spanish Colonial home built with quality and care in 2005. It is set in an area close to the resort's ocean front pool, beach club and beaches, and yet completely private. The Villa has its own large classic lap pool and waterfall.

Enter through the massive wrought iron gated entry doors and take in the grand foyer. As you continue into the gracious well-appointed living room with beamed ceilings you will see the large terrace, pool and grounds through the row of arched iron filigree doorways on the opposite wall. A short path behind the pool leads you to the breathtaking turquoise ocean.

Enjoy hotel class service with a friendly personal maid who will make a lovely breakfast each morning and provide laundry and cleaning service daily. The gardens and pool are also meticulously maintained on a daily basis.

 

 

No detail has been spared in the construction and finishes. The floors are honed crema marble with the exception of the family room which is Brazilian cherry to absorb sound. The gourmet kitchen has custom mahogany cabinetry, Mexican wall tiles, white carrera honed marble counters and a separate full freezer and refrigerator to accommodate large groups of family and friends.

Guests will want to enjoy most meals on the poolside terrace, but a formal dining room offers a pleasant evening alternative.

The owners continue to add distinctive paintings and art to the rooms that give the home a personal and sophisticated feel.

The office-guest room has an internet line and there is a television in one of the master bedrooms and the family room with cable access. There is a DVD player and stereo and the kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils if you are inclined to wander in to cook. There is a microwave, gas stove with hood, dishwasher, barbecue grill, and laundry room. Frette sheets and towels are in ample supply.

 

ACCOMODATIONS

Five bedrooms with ensuite baths and sixth additional guest room. Two luxurious master suites. 5 full baths plus powder room. Sleeps 2-12.

There are three bedrooms on the second level including a very spacious master suite with slipper tub and two showers, inside and out on a private balcony.

Two bedrooms on the main level are situated in a separate wing with a second master suite with airjet tub and shower and its own terrace and path leading to the Villa's pool. All bedrooms are air conditioned.
